Our Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Response

In these uncertain times, it is important that you know we are open for business.

We have been closely following government guidance with regards to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and have put in place measures to ensure we stay that way. We will maintain this page and update it accordingly.

Covid-19 Response Updates

Proceeding with caution

1 October 2021

We want to update all our customers of our response In light of the UK Government relaxation of rules relating to COVID. We continue to be mindful of the need for caution and in so doing have the safety and well-being of our staff, customers and local community at the forefront of our plans.

We have found that many customers have benefited from us offering options for online appointments rather than just the more traditional face to face. We will therefore continue to increase dependence upon MS Teams, Zoom, Skype and the telephone as me move forward. However, we also recognise the value and circumstances in which face to face meetings and visiting our customers on-site is imperative.

SanCloud's own on-site cleaning and sanitation regime will be maintained and face masks provided if and where required.

Social Distancing Measures

18 March 2020

SanCloud have implemented ‘social distancing’ measures wherever possible which has included increased restrictions on visitors, staff members working from home where able, postponement of our attendance to all large and small scale public and trade events, maintaining presence via teleconferencing and digital media.
As a global technology business, our team are accustomed to remote working and our engineers, sales and marketing functions have the necessary equipment to self-isolate if required. The SanCloud team are being reminded throughout each day to wash hands thoroughly and do so regularly. We have emphasised our work-from-home policy to our teams and have restricted access to our HQ.

We will review the situation as per government advice. The health of our team and customers is our top priority.

Please contact us at any time if you have any questions regarding your orders. Thank you again for your business and on-going support. We’re here to help you in any way we can.

Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all key workers who are on the front line of this global crisis; for all of the hours and hard work they are putting in to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.

We remain optimistic. Stay safe, look after your loved ones and please make sensible decisions.
